FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 2006 No. 28 - SECT 23

23 Amendment of s 53 (Form, content and term of authorities)

Section 53(c)--

omit, insert--

'(c) is issued--
(i) for the term stated in it; or
(ii) if no term is stated in the authority--until it is cancelled or surrendered or it otherwise expires under this Act.'.
