GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2010 No. 31 - SECT 100

(1) A geothermal lease holder may apply for approval to amend the development plan for the lease.

(2) The application must be--

(a) made to the Minister in the approved form; and

(b) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
