Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The development plan, for a geothermal lease, is its current initial or later development plan approved under chapter 3, part 3 as amended from time to time under that part.
(2) For subsection (1), the development plan is current if the period to which the plan applies has started and has not ended.
