GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2010 No. 31 - SECT 391

(1) The mandatory conditions for geothermal leases apply for the Birdsville lease.

(2) However, sections 130 and 131 do not apply for the Birdsville lease until the third anniversary of assent.
