Section 134--

insert--

'(4) However, the Land Act 1994, chapter 4, part 3, division 3,1 does not apply for converting the lease to freehold land.

'(5) The Housing (Freeholding of Land) Act 1957, part 2,2 applies for converting the lease to freehold land.

'(6) For subsection (3), a reference in the Land Act 1994 to the Minister is taken to be a reference to the Minister administering this Act.'.
