124 Decisions of medical tribunal
(1) After a medical tribunal makes a decision on a medical matter referred to
it, the tribunal must give notice of the decision, including the reasons for
the decision, to— (a) the person who made the referral request; and
(b) the
agency; and
(c) another affected person for the referral request.
(2) If a
medical matter referred to a medical tribunal involves other matters that are
not medical matters, the notice given under subsection (1) must— (a) note
the other matters; and
(b) state the tribunal has not made a decision on the
other matters.
