NATIONAL INJURY INSURANCE SCHEME (QUEENSLAND) ACT 2016 - SECT 126

126 Agency must review internal review decision

Within 14 days after receiving notice of a medical tribunal’s decision under section , the agency must—

(a) review the internal review decision to which the tribunal’s decision relates; and

(b) if the internal review decision is inconsistent with the tribunal’s decision—make a new internal review decision under section .
