Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The purpose of this part is to provide a way of ensuring private employment agents may be restrained from engaging in conduct that may bring the private employment agents industry into disrepute or from acting as a private employment agent.
(2) For the purposes of this part, the conduct or proposed conduct of a private employment agent includes conduct engaged in, or proposed to be engaged in, for the private employment agent by an executive officer or employee of the private employment agent.
