Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsA community visitor or child advocacy officer may exercise a power in relation to another person only if the visitor or officer—
(a) first produces his or her identity card for the person's inspection; or
(b) has the visitor's or officer's identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the other person.
