PUBLIC GUARDIAN ACT 2014 No. 26 - SECT 180

180 Repealed s 206 (Annual report)

(1) The public guardian must prepare an annual report on the performance of the adult guardian's functions for the reporting year 2013–2014.

(2) The public guardian must give a copy of the report to the Minister on or before 1 November 2014.
