98 Amendment of s 26 (Disclosure of interests)

(1) Section 26(7)--

renumber as section 26(8).

(2) Section 26--

insert--

'(7) If there are no members who may remain present for considering or deciding an issue, the responsible Ministers may, by each signing consent to a proposed resolution, consider and decide the issue.'.
