Destruction of fingerprints
112 Destruction of fingerprints
(1) After the commission refuses to grant an application for a racing
bookmaker’s licence or a racing bookmaker’s licence is surrendered or
cancelled, the commission must destroy the fingerprints of any individual who
is— (a) the applicant or licence holder; or
(b) a business associate or an
executive associate of the applicant or licence holder.
(2) Also, if the
commission is reasonably satisfied an individual who was a business associate
or an executive associate of an applicant or licence holder is no longer a
business associate or an executive associate of the applicant or
licence holder, the commission must destroy the individual’s fingerprints.
