RACING INTEGRITY ACT 2016 - SECT 54
Funding
54 Funding
(1) The cost of the performance of the commission’s functions is to be
funded mainly by the control bodies.
(2) The chief executive must— (a)
decide the amount a control body must pay from time to time towards the cost
of the performance of the commission’s functions; and
(b) give the
control body an invoice for the amount.
(3) The amount of the invoice is
payable 28 days after the control body receives the invoice.
