RESOURCES SAFETY AND HEALTH QUEENSLAND BILL 2020 - SECT 37

37 Term

(1) The executive officer holds office for the term stated in the executive officer’s instrument of appointment.

(2) The stated term must not be more than 5 years.

(3) The executive officer may be reappointed.
