(1) Section 41, heading, 'outside the SEQ region'—

omit.

(2) Section 41(1), 'other than a water service provider in the SEQ region'—

omit.

(3) Section 41(2)(a), 'it because of climatic conditions or water conservation needs'—

omit, insert—

'the service provider water restriction'.
