WATER AMENDMENT ACT 2006 No. 23 - SECT 20

20 Amendment of s 932 (Proceedings for offences)

Section 932(1)--

insert--

'(c) section 360ZE(4)11--may be brought only by--
(i) the commission; or
(ii) a service provider to whom the commission has delegated the function of bringing the proceeding; or
(d) chapter 2A (other than section 360ZE(4))--the commission.'.
