WATER AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 57 - SECT 82

82 Amendment of s 384 (Power to enter places for restricted purposes)

(1) Section 384(1), 'at the place'--

omit, insert--

', or install, under section 457, a device to reduce the water supply to premises, at the place'.

(2) Section 384--

insert--

'(6) This section does not limit section 384A.'.
