WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION (COAL WORKERS' PNEUMOCONIOSIS) AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 - SECT 24

24 Amendment of s 190 (No further compensation after fixed time)

(1) Section 190 (3), before paragraph (a)—
insert—

(aa) lump sum compensation, if any, under part 3, division 5; or

(2) Section 190 (3)(aa) to (c)—
renumber as section 190 (3)(a) to (d).
