Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) For taking the proposed action, the Minister may authorise a person to do the things that are necessary and reasonable.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the person may--
(a) enter the place that contains the relevant public potable water supply and access any equipment connected with the water supply; and
(b) take onto the place any persons, equipment or materials the person reasonably requires for taking the proposed action.
(3) This section does not authorise a person to enter any part of a place where a person resides.
