WATER FLUORIDATION ACT 2008 No. 12 - SECT 46

46 Tampering with seized things

(1) If an authorised person restricts access to a seized thing, a person must not tamper with the thing, or something restricting access to the thing, without an authorised person's approval.

Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.

(2) In this section--

tamper includes attempt to tamper.
