BUILDING AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 2) 2008 No. 375 - SECT 5

5 Amendment of s 31 (Non-certified items allowed for fire service)

(1) Section 31--

insert--

'(1A) A testable backflow prevention device mentioned in subsection (1)(b) is not required to be a certified item if it is tested in accordance with the QPW code, part 6.'.

(2) Section 31(1A) and (2)--

renumber as section 31(2) and (3).
