BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (STANDARD MODULE) REGULATION 2020 - REG 113

113 Secretary to have available for inspection body corporate’s roll etc.

The secretary must have available for inspection by voters at the general meeting—

(a) the body corporate’s roll; and

(b) a list of the persons who have the right to vote at the meeting; and

(c) all proxy forms; and

(d) all hard copy and electronic votes.
