BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (STANDARD MODULE) REGULATION 2020 - REG 36

36 Deciding ordinary members of committee—general

(1) The positions of the ordinary members of the committee may only be decided after the executive member positions on the committee are filled.

(2) A person’s nomination for a position as an ordinary member has no effect if the person is elected as an executive member of the committee.

(3) Subsection (2) applies even if the person’s name appears on a list of candidates for ordinary members forwarded before the meeting.
