Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies to a person carrying out maintenance of a prescribed fire safety installation mentioned in schedule 1, column 1 if--
(a) carrying out the maintenance in compliance with the relevant current standard would adversely affect the installation; and
(b) an Australian Standard (a relevant former standard) is mentioned opposite the installation in schedule 1, column 3.
(2) The person must carry out the maintenance of the installation in compliance with the relevant former standard.
Maximum penalty--30 penalty units.
(3) This section is subject to section 52.
