Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies if an applicant for stated building work asks the service to assess amended plans for the stated building work.
(2) The applicant must pay the service the reassessment fee stated in schedule 2, part 4, for assessing the amended plans.
