4 Amendment of s 3 (Persons to assist or carry out other activities relating to the State group—Act, s 19A)

(1) Section 3 (1) (a) —
insert—

(iiia) the Economic Development Act 2012;

(2) Section 3 (1) (a) (iiia) to (xiii)—
renumber as section 3 (1) (a) (iv) to (xiv) .
