Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies if a mobile and temporary environmentally relevant activity is, or is to be, carried out by a person in more than 1 local government area.
(2) Despite section 101, the administration and enforcement of the Act in relation to the activity is not devolved to a local government.
