Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies to each of the documents mentioned in the repealed regulation, schedule 6A, and approved as a code of environmental compliance for the former environmentally relevant activity to which it applies.

(2) The document continues to be approved as a code of environmental compliance for the former environmentally relevant activity to which it applies, as if the repealed regulation had not been repealed, until 1 year after the commencement.
