Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) Regulated waste is waste that--
(a) is commercial or industrial waste, whether or not it has been immobilised or treated; and
(b) is of a type, or contains a constituent of a type, mentioned in schedule 7.
(2) Waste prescribed under subsection (1) includes--
(a) for an element--any chemical compound containing the element; and
(b) anything that contains residues of the waste.
