FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 1) 2008 No. 432 - SECT 17

17 Amendment of s 21 (When holder may amend)

(1) Section 21(1) and (2), 'approved program'--

omit, insert--

'approved program or approved management statement'.

(2) Section 21(1)(b)--

omit, insert--

'(b) a control measure in the management statement; or
(c) how often the program or management statement is reviewed by the holder.'.
