Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) Subject to section 143, for an entry for regulated fish identified in schedule 2, part 2, column 1 or part 3, column 1, a person (a regulated person) stated opposite the entry in schedule 2, part 2, column 4 or part 3, column 4 must not carry out a prohibited activity involving the fish stated opposite the entry in schedule 2, part 2, column 4 or part 3, column 4.
