FISHERIES REGULATION 2008 No. 83 - SECT 285

285 Who may take fish

Subject to section 277(1), fish may be taken only by--

(a) the licence holder; or
(b) a nominee of the licence holder under section 284(1)(a); or
(c) another person in the presence of the licence holder or nominee.
