FISHERIES REGULATION 2008 No. 83 - SECT 288

(1) Subject to section 277(1), fish may be taken only by--

(a) the licence holder; or

(b) another person in the presence of the licence holder.

(2) A person taking fish must not take or possess--

(a) more than 10 fish; or

(b) more than 2 fish of the same species.
