FISHERIES REGULATION 2008 No. 83 - SECT 56

56 Prohibited activities

A regulated person must not in the regulated waters--

(a) take a gastropod or bivalve mollusc; or
(b) possess a gastropod or bivalve mollusc taken in contravention of paragraph (a).
