FISHERIES REGULATION 2008 No. 83 - SECT 94

A regulated person must not in the Fraser Island (tailor) regulated waters--

(a) use commercial fishing nets to take tailor for trade or commerce; or

(b) possess tailor taken in contravention of paragraph (a).
