GOVERNMENT OWNED CORPORATIONS (QR LIMITED RESTRUCTURE) REGULATION 2008 No. 279 - SECT 5

5 NBU and PBU assets and liabilities

(1) This section takes effect immediately before the QR transfer day.

(2) QR is--

(a) divested of all NBU and PBU assets; and
(b) released from all NBU and PBU liabilities.
