GOVERNMENT OWNED CORPORATIONS (QR LIMITED RESTRUCTURE) REGULATION 2008 No. 279 - SECT 6

6 TBU assets and liabilities

(1) This section takes effect immediately before the TBU transfer day.

(2) QR is--

(a) divested of all TBU assets; and
(b) released from all TBU liabilities.
