NATURAL RESOURCES, MINES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2020 - REG 2

2 Commencement

(1) This regulation, other than the provisions mentioned in subsections (2) and (3) , commences on 1 July 2020.

(2) Part 10 , other than sections 28 , 29 and 30 , commences immediately after the commencement of the Land Regulation 2020 .

(3) The following provisions commence on 1 August 2020—

(a) parts 3 , 7 and 11 ;

(b) sections 28 , 29 and 30 ;

(c) section 65 .
