3 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions)

(1) Section 3, definition Coen to Townsville pest quarantine area--

omit.

(2) Section 3--

insert--

'Cardwell to Townsville pest quarantine area means the pest quarantine area described in the Plant Protection Regulation, schedule 10, section 2A.

Coen to Cardwell pest quarantine area means the pest quarantine area described in the Plant Protection Regulation, schedule 10, section 2.'.
