Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies to an officer employed in a department on probation immediately before 1 July 2008.
(2) Part 2, division 2, of the repealed Public Service Regulation 1997 continues to apply to the officer despite the repeal of that regulation.
