18 Amendment of sch 3, pt 2, cl 7 (Costs apply to early ending of fixed term agreement—s 357A)

Schedule 3 , part 2 , clause 7(2)—
omit, insert—

(2) The tenant must pay the reletting costs under section 357A(3).
