4 Amendment of s 6 (Allocation of investment powers to statutory bodies--Act, s 42)
Section 6(7)--
omit, insert--
'(7) In schedule 3, column 2, the statutory
body called the banker means the banker under the
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities (Justice, Land and Other Matters) Act 1984,
section 57.'.
