SAFETY IN RECREATIONAL WATER ACTIVITIES REGULATION 2024 - REG 27

27 Prescribed Acts—Act, s 41

For section 41 (3) (c) (ii) of the Act , the following Acts are prescribed—

(a) the Coroners Act 2003 ;

(b) the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 ;

(c) the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009 ;

(d) the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 .
