omit, insert--

'(2) In this section--

nominated law does not include the following laws--

(a) the Building Act 1975;

(b) the Dangerous Goods Safety Management Act 2001;

(c) the Dangerous Goods Safety Management Regulation 2001;

(d) the Electoral Act 1992;

(e) the Environmental Protection Act 1994;

(f) the Food Act 2006;

(g) the Integrated Planning Act 1997;

(h) the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002;

(i) the Local Government (Chinatown and The Valley Malls) Act 1984;

(j) the Local Government (Queen Street Mall) Act 1981;

(k) the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994;

(l) the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2002;

(m) the Public Health Act 2005;

(n) the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2003;

(o) the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998;

(p) the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995;

(q) the Water Act 2000, sections 360ZCB(4), 360ZCD(4), 360ZCE, 360ZCF(1), 360ZCG(4), 360ZCH(3) and 360ZE(4);

(r) the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008, sections 43(3), 52(4), 54(4), 55, 56(1), 57(4), 58(3), 145(1), 191 and 195(1);

(s) the laws mentioned in schedule 4.'.
