(1) Section 4 , definitions
"ANPR Camera System Coding Manual" ,
"Dangerous Goods Vehicle Detection Camera System Coding Manual" ,
"toll officer" and
"toll operator" —
omit.

(2) Section 4 —
insert—

"ANPR Camera System Coding Manual" means the manual by that name published on the department’s website.

"Dangerous Goods Vehicle Detection Camera System Coding Manual" means the manual by that name published on the department’s website.
