Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The chief executive must ensure that each register is available for inspection by dangerous goods authorities and the public.
(2) The chief executive is taken to comply with subsection (1) by ensuring that there is reasonable access to--
(a) copies of information in a register; or
(b) a computer terminal to inspect a register.
