TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE (DANGEROUS GOODS BY RAIL) REGULATION 2008 No. 426 - SECT 85

A person must not load dangerous goods on to a rail vehicle for transport if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with chapter 4.4 of the ADG Code.

Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
