Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) A prime contractor or rail operator must not transport dangerous goods in or on a rail vehicle if the prime contractor or the rail operator knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods or their packaging have not been loaded or stowed, or are not restrained, in accordance with chapter 8.1 of the ADG Code.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) A prime contractor or rail operator must not transport dangerous goods in or on a transport unit if the prime contractor or the rail operator knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods or their packaging are not restrained in accordance with chapter 8.2 of the ADG Code.
