Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The period before automatic commencement under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2) of the postponed law is extended to the end of 28 February 2009.

postponed law means the provisions of the Transport Legislation and Another Act Amendment Act 2007 stated in the schedule.
