(1) Section 706--

insert--

'(ea) the document called 'Code for self-assessable development--Temporary waterway barrier works';

(eb) the document called 'Code for self-assessable development--Regularly constructed temporary waterway barrier works'.'.

(2) Section 706(ea) to (f)--

renumber as section 706(f) to (h).
